Well I think he is pretty obviously Gay already with his "I love you Mr Burns" lines. I suspect it may be Flanders, that would be a real faith crisis for him. Or maybe grounds keeper Willie or Principal Skinner as he still lives with his Mum and doesn't seem much in to women, Mrs Krebobble looks more like a cover to me

Could be Mr Burns!!! story goes that Homer becomes ordained on the internet, then starts performing same sex marraiges so seeing as Smithers is already out then who would he marry?!?!
