I'm probably just being a complete muppet but should you have, at the back of your tongue, loads of small lumps. Are they just taste buds or have i got something wrong with me? It's just I've never noticed them before...

No mate, you need to worry - big time.

Friend of mine had this, he was suffering with headaches, flu, bad back, dodgy joints, suspected measles and probable deep vein thrombosis.

He went to the doctors, and laid this all out. The doctor said he may have hypochondria.
