Didn't have any complaints; reasonably simple to use, reliable and easy to set up; mainly used as printers and fax machines.
One thing to watch for is how quickly the printer chews thru ink cartridges
(that's where the manufacturers make their money) -and make sure cartridges can be replaced individually.
