eBay - ToyPlanet **** up
Won an auction for a Canon MPC400 copier, printer, scanner + fax. Just opened the box and tried to get it set up - no telephone socket for the fax.
Emailed ToyPlanet who are blaming the distributor saying that its their fault and its only a copier, printer and scanner! Offered a full refund but I dont want the hassle of having to find something else.
Should I demand the same product with the fax functionality, a similar replacement, or what?

If they offered a full refund mate take it and get them to pay the postage and packaging/they come and get it. They can't give you what you want if they haven't got one that does faxing even though they said it does. Offering a refund is all they are legally obliged to do as far as I know.
