Got a problem with a bird need advice
And b4 we go anywhere u perv's it's the feathered varierty ok
a little birdie has fell out of its nest in corner of our house see pic
whats best to do for the little fellow as he cant fly at the mo, put him on the shed but then changed mind in case he starves to death or cooks in the heat, so found a box to put him/her in so the nasty cats dont eat it

we had the same situation once and he was very young... we ended up using like an ear drop device to squeeze out some liquid or other for the bird to drink.. think it was milk or something (i was young at the time)
.. after a bit.. we started putting in small worms and stuff. then one day he started hopping about like mental then just flew off..

dont think there is anything you can do for the little fellow. Without food he will die anyway unless your prepared to go worm hunting or find him something that he will eat them he doesnt stand much chance a bit harsh but the way it goes
maybe give him some bread crumbs and some water???
I dunno, other option is to give local vet a call.they might be able to tell you how to feed it or give you advice what to do.
Once rescued a magpie that had been attacked by my old neighbours vet was in a complete mess they told me to take him down and they put him to sleep so he didnt suffer

can't you bung him back in the nest. Looks quite easy to reach.
Alternatively feed him worms (pretty darn regularly!) Could buy some from a bait shop if you don't fancy getting your own out of the garden.
He looks like he's not too far away from flight?

He looks almost ready to go. You gotta help him out or find someone who will.

Dazza,
We had a similar situation a month ago. Our cat trapped a fledgling blackbird in our back garden. It had obviously fallen out of it's nest.
We got the cat away from it and put it into a straw lined box. Then we phoned an RSPCA emergency number, who sent someone round the next morning to take it away to a local place that'll raise it properly. I suggest you do the same and let them look after it! RSPCA number is 0870 55 55 999.
Do not attempt to feed it, only give it water. This is the advice of the RSPCA.
Good luck with it.
Simon.

looks like it might be a 'blackbird' - they are always falling out of the nest when they get tooooo big!
best thing to do is leave it where the mum can find it - she will be looking for him...
