Flashing Red Light Camera
Whats happens if you are taking a driving lesson and the green light turns amber, but its too late to stop and the camera flashes after you cross the line?
Does the instructor or pupil get the points and who has to pay the fine?

It is legal to go through on amber if you are as close to the crossing that to try and stop may cause an accident, the red light cameras should be set to trigger after the light has been red for usually a couple of seconds,
