My neighbour across the road really nice Irish fella, he has a vectra and his wife a Frontera, anyhow turns out on Sat night some nice little ba$tards slashed the rear tyres on the vectra and one rear and the spare on the frontera, the only thing we can thing of his wife is from the west indies, what makes me so angry thses people are soo nice always speak and are very polite, now my question is is this being done by raceists.

This isn't racism, it's petty vandalism. We've had similar done to the properties near my parents. Line of 9 houses, 8 of which had things done - Number 1 had the white-lorry-tyre planters overturned and mud thrown everywhere, Number 3 had their tyres slashed and a knife put through the bonnet of their car, number 4 had fences broken, number 5 had petrol syphoned and more tyres slashed....you get the picture.

It's just mindless vandalism - there is no reason for it.

Damnable awful thing to happen.

I'd probably guess at them being bored, mindless ******* - if they're racist and living in Bedfordshire then they really should think about moving (preferably to somewhere nice like the middle of the atalntic)
