well there's all the european stuff if you want it.
most of the satellite magazines will list all the frequencies of non-english channels, so you can then program them in.

it contains a complete channel listing/frequencies of all channels Astra and some others like Hotbird etc which you can only get with a motorised dish or dual LNB. Or you can do what I do and point your dish manually at whichever satellite has the program you want to watch on it.
