Sony Ericsson T610 battery life
Anyone any problems with theirs?
Had mine 6 months, normally have to recharge it every 5 days or so. Recently this has rapidly become down to needing a recharge every 2 days. My use of the phone has been the same.
Is this common? Should I have the battery replaced under the 12 month guarantee? (bought with Orange from Orange shop).
Charging every two days is ridiculous. I hardly use the phone too.

If you are using BT with an Ericsson BT Headset you can actuallly set this to automatic so the BT only activates when a call is being made or received.
If you are using voice dialling with the "Magic Word" this can also greatly reduce battery life as the phone is always listening for the magic word.
If you have your BT connection always on, remember to add some security by only allowing known or paired devices to talk to your phone. Saves a lot of time if you keep getting BlueJacked.
Sorry if all this has been mentioned before.

Z600 here and noticed how quickly the battery is running out. Is Bluetooth on all the time even though it's not being used?
Sorry if it's a daft question!
[Edited to say: Z600 is about a week old]

T610 for about 9 months now and have no problem. Use Bluetooth quite a bit for headset and computer syncro but always turn it off when finished. Usually get a week before it needs charging and is still the same battery life as when new!
