DIY conveyancing
Anyone done this before? I understand there's not much to it. Selling two houses at the moment and don't really want to pay anyone to fill a few forms in.

Looked into it when I was buying a garage a few years back, it didn't look too complex to do (and low risk as I didn't require a mortgage & survey etc 
), couldn't be arsed in the end and paid a couple of hundred to a solictor to sort out.
I'd give it to a prof to do, rather than jeopardise the sale. What's £600 in scheme of things ?
