Airport parking options@ heathrow?
Some options please
Going away next week for 12 day holiday with her indoors.
Going from Southampton to Heathrow is £33 by coach but need to get taxi to coach station so probably £45 in total.
Taxi there and back is probably £80-90.
How much is secure airport parking?
Heard something about staying in hotel night before and they look after your car- anyone know any and how much?
Any other options?
Thx in advance.

Get a friend to drive you there and pick you up. Pay their petrol costs. MUCH cheaper and no worrying about your car whilst away.
If you *do* put your car into long stay, make sure you have jump leads (flat batteries from the alarm going off every time a plane goes overhead) and take photos of every single panel. Then, if you come back and there are scratches, you have the evidence to prove they weren't there before hand.
Otherwise enjoy your holiday.

i've posted this before on here not too long ago,
I used to live in Boston Manor, W7, its just off the M3 so easy to get to from southampton as well.
across the road from Boston Manor Tube Station is a series of community shops, e.g. hairdresser, newsagent, curry house (and my god is it a good curry house!) etc, behind the shops is a residential area which is all free parking.
It is very safe, my scoob was often left for days on end, no problems at all. The tube from boston manor is circa £1.60 and takes tops 15/20 minutes (8 stops IIRC).
An option, if you want anymore help, let me know via email.
Steve
P.S. put a postcode of W7 2DG into streetmap/mapquest to give you an exact placement.
