Question

Can anyone recommend a good online place to buy a new electric (preferable fan assisted) oven and gas hob? Or are homebase/B&Q etc good value for money?

Thanks,

Simon.

Best to try Kelkoo or comparestoreprices.co.uk (sorry i'm useless at clicky's!!)
I just bought the full NEFF stainless steel range for my house and got some excellent deals. Companies like Biasco seem to be VERY cheap and still offer the full warranties and seem to back it all up with a resonable customer service.

Look in the phone book for damaged goods or whatever they're called. Silly prices for damage you usually can't even see.

Exclamation

If you're after something cheap and does the job, then Wickes have some bargain (not onlin though) and works out cheaper than B&Q and Homebase.

It may also be worth looking at Screwfix Direct who are owned by the same company that owns B&Q, so you can get similar stuff, but cheaper (as they don't have as many overheads)

Trade Appliances are great, www.trade-appliances.co.uk

They phoned a couple of days before delivery and again on the morning of the delivery.

Best prices for Baumatic stuff.

Mike

Editted cos I did a search on how to do clickys!

Thumbs up

Another vote for Trade Appliances: Neff double oven, Neff 5-burner hob, and Zanussi extractor, for less than Comet and co wanted for the oven, and delivererd free where Comet and co wanted £20!!!
