Hi all, have a slight problem, my sister has ordered a scooter from a company called American Spas - unit 2, frome valley road stapleton, bristol - tel 0117 9656749 The scooter is for her kid for christmas.

as yet they have given my sister 4 excuses as to why they have not delivered, even though the money has already been charged on my sisters card. was supposed to be delivered the last time on the 29th of november, its getting mighty close to crimbo and still no sign.

the guys name is steve hawkins - and seems like he is not answering any calls at all now.

Are there any handy scooby drivers that work near and could see if the company is still there? Cheers peeps, any help would be much appreciated as im sure my sisters kid will be extremely upset if it doesnt turn up.

If he can mathematically model the universe one would think he could post a fecking scooter on time!

I'm in Bristol, but right over the other side. If I am over that way I will take a look. Any message you would like errr "delivering" to him?

they were quick enough to take the money, would be nice if they could deliver the goods, or at least have the decency to phone my sister to explain the situation.

thanks a lot guys and gals, id drive there myself only took me 5 hours last time lol, 3 hours to get to bristol, another 2 hours in the one way system trying to find the sodding hotel lol
