The FIRST 20MPH speed cameras in the WORLD! and WE got 'em first!
and ......
To be rolled out across the country in the New Year!!
You could now lose your licence for getting caught 4 times doing 25mph ( 20 + 10% + 3 ) on each occassion!!

My service engineers commisioned these,there are alot more going up over the next 18 months.Soon it will be 25mph limit throughout the city.Its bollox.

Tower bridge is a Police Hot spot. Every week there are loads of police doing stop checks for all sorts of things....

Apparently they are concerned about the volume of traffic now using the bridge to avoid the congestion charge. The are also trying to catch vehicles over the weight limit. This is to stop damage to the bridge.
