Well, it's that time of year again.... BBC Sports Personality of the year.

I think everyone on here should go on the following and cast your vote....

Its just the pre-vote, the real vote takes place live on the the night of the programme, and if people spend their own cash to vote for Tim Henman I'll eat my hat..........

Yeah true enough Brendan, but at least he and his team have won something - has Henman ever won anything other than a noddy tournament?

I always say that you know when Henman will get knocked out of Wimbledon - it's when he plays someone you've heard of

tiggers.
