...in the Thames Valley means that instead of receiving a £60 fine and 3 points for doing 36mph in a 30 zone, my mate now only has to attend a speed awareness scheme instead (costs £65)!! 
No points for speeding - result! I never thought I'd see the day when the five-0 were so generous!!
