If you give people just the right amount of petrol to get from A to B they will drive slower and safer.
people will not be driving fast cuz they are low on fuel, they will not drive like ***** cuz they cant rev it that high.
What do you think?
Have you ever driven on low low fuel when the light comes on? if so do you remember how your driving was?

I think it would go something like this:
- someone runs out of fuel and blocks the road
- traffic jam forms, lots of cars sitting there idling
- having sat there queueing for a while, everyone else runs out of fuel too.
- total gridlock. Undoubtedly safe, but completely useless.

Good idea mate!
Perhaps we could also introduce a scheme where fabric was saved by making skirts only just long enough to cover a lass's cheeks and tops that only just cover the nips ??
