You can't target specific areas to lose fat. No matter how many crunches/how long you electrocute your stomache you wont get a *visible* sixpack unless you lose fat generally - so diet and exercise needed. People who get results with things like slendertone are the people who also moderate their overall diet and increase exercise..good for them, but strapping on a slendertone whilst eating eclairs will get you nowhere.
