...finishing one in an evening a bad thing?
I used to like wine boxes cos no one knew how much I was drinking, and they always seemed to go on forever....
but now they seem to always run out
Time for alcoholics anonymous, or time to move onto the whisky?
..... I'll have a whisky while you decide....

Well, as it was my birthday, we started off today with pears poached in Calvados for an afternoon sweetner....
...then out to pub at 5pm - 2 large glasses of house white, and get rest of bottle free - £7 - so had 1.5 glasses each.
Then to next pub for 2 pints.
Then curry at restaurant with 2 x Cobras.
Then over to Italian across road for sweet & tia maria coffees.....
Then home where wife flaked out, and me starting on the vodka while chatting about Eastenders.....

Hehe - been there and tried that wine box - makes you feel all worthy as it is in a plain brown recycled cardboard box :-)
You're prob asleep in the land of nod by now after all that.........

I have.... thats the problem!
I am at a moral dilema now... I only had 2 shots of scotch in a hip flask, which now leaves tiger beer (which I cant face at the moment) or opening a bottle of Corbieres, which I hasten to add was a present - I don't buy French produce..... what to do?

would a couple of pints of water do it?
I have the stained purple lips and tongue which will definately go against me

Wine boxes may be uncouth but they are the only inexpensive way of scofficg back large quantites of the old plonk.
Now going back to bed...
