It was the first time in ages the missis was away for the night. I had it all mapped out. First hour home from work, continue ripping the interior out of the PUG, then a chinky (with all the stuff I LIKE), then settle in with the telly on in the background flicking between channels LOADS and surf me favourite webpages on the net ......No tissue required haha......
First bit went well, worked on car, had me chinky ..... just sat down to turn confuser on and flick, all the lights went out. POWER CUT ...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
The one time you actually want your other half to be there for someone to talk to she aint, couldnt believe it. Sat in the dark for the next 2odd hours broading like a big kid ....haha.
Can see the funny side of it now but not at the time haha

Moderators, please could you edit TVR Gary's original post. I think the word PUG could be construed as offensive to short ugly people with flat noses. That say "yip".

hahah ....killing myself laffing.
Luckily the lights came back on again at bed time, got halfway through re-setting all the digi clocks and they went out again .....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Funnily enough Paul thats exactly what I did do. Only coz if she had been there it would have wound her up if i got up and said ''right im off for a drive'' ....so i did it anyway
