took me 3 months to get them to shut my account after they'd tried to stitch me up.

I too cannot recommend them!

I've had one of their flexible loan thingies for 6 months and I haven't had any problems with them.

Me too. They haven't been anything but helpful and I've had one for well over a year! Tim Bomford how did they stitch you up?

Never had a problem with them, just be aware that the interest rates are variable on their flexible loans.

They do have an excellent credit card interest rate
though. Only 8% for me and has been for 2 years.
Everyone should have one!

I was thinking about shifting my loan to their flexible loan.

They are a bit sneaky advertising a rate of 6.5%, if you read the small print it's introductory only, after that the rate is not fixed. Okay if the rates stay low I suppose, but you would get shafted if they went up. The loan I have the rate is fixed for the duration. Not sure whether to move my debts now.
