Anyone see Tarrant on TV last night ?

The two 'hard hitting' adverts on there that are shown in Aus are far better than the soft stuff we get...particularly the drink drive one...

Why don't we get adverts like that here.. ? I'm sure they would do a better job of firing the message home than the mild stuff we get...

Irish adverts on Irish TV.

Chris said that the AUstralians usually made the hardest hitting drink driving ads but the Irish ones were up there.

It was a repeat the Tarrent on TV and I have seen the ads on Irish TV... everytime I have seen them I go quiet and feel still.

Perchance would the add involve some kid in a garden and a pished up driver slamming through the garden fence and taking out the kid? If so then seen this over in ireland. and it's very hard hitting indeed.

The stop smoking ads over here are pretty tough too.
