I want to get a pilates tape but i need advice on witch one?

not tried Pilates - does sound very interesting but the classes are always fully booked at the gym

frowm what i know (which isn't that much but the missus is into it) i woudn't recommend using a tape - go to a class if you can as you need an instructor to make sure you are doing the positions correctly.

Chel - I got a pilates video and tried it several times but Propercharlie is right its very hard to get the positions right from a video.
