Bugger.

Was into my 2nd set of side delt raises when it 'felt' like my wrist was starting to dislocate itself, kind of 'popped' at the point of maximum raise. I lost control of the movement and had so semi drop lower the weight to the floor.
The pain is by the bone on the top left of my wrist (again the left hand). When I try to rotate the wrist there's a clicking sensation and quite bad pain in my small finger and down the side.
At the moment suprisingly enough there is no swelling.
What have I done....

I would get yourself down to the doctors mate. Just make sure you don't train again until your fully healed

Good luck!

is it at the base of the thumb?

mines broken (scaphoid bone) and part of its dead now.

developed tendonitis in that wrist now because of it.
