I reckon Shell ought to charter a ferry once a week and anyone wanting to fill up on tax free petrol buys a ticket for £10 and once the boat is out of International waters we all fill up from a big tank on board or we all fill up at a Shell drilling platform in the North Sea. Ok it make take a round trip of 8 hours but I'll bet it would do a roaring trade.
