Me and the missis drove to Milton Keynes to buy a new organiser as I crushed the last one. Do the deed and come home via food stop. Open box and the swines have given me a box with no organiser inside, just manuals and a charger. The box had no seal and the cables inside are not tidy so I reckon they were trying to give me a demo unit without telling me anyway. Worse, they're closed, can't ring to shoult at them and even worse, they're closed tomorrow. Am I within my rights to charge them for the wasted time and all that? Big name store too.
Grrrrrrrrrr.

Damn, that sucks
Imagine that, opening a box expecting your new tool / toy, after the shop has closed, and it's fvckin EMPTY! And to make it worse, you drove there on purpose, and to make it EVEN WORSE they're closed tmorrow.
I hope you didnt get into an accident on the way home
Seriously, hope you get it sorted on Tuesday and that they dont give you crap about the box having the damn thing inside etc....

same thing happend to me loadsa years ago, was buying a carry case for me Game Boy (I did say it was loadsa years ago!). opened the box in the car to find... the plastic bag thing that should be wrapping the case and that was it. Luckily we hadn't set off yet so I just nipped back over the road to the shop. They were v. apologetic and coughed up the missing item.
Hope it works out for ya mate

Phone them when they open, tell them you need this to be delivered the next day and that THEY WILL deliver it to you at no cost to yourself, alternatively tell them you'll drive up to them but THEY will be paying for the petrol costs incurred etc.
Essentially YOU should not have to pay for petrol etc due to them supplying the wrong goods.
