to get all shirty and stressed which they say is down to hormones etc. can we blokes therefore go ******** other women once a month coz that's hormonal/natural instinct too. 
(not that i've seen loads of 'summer' girls out and about looking too sexy for my liking)

Look it's no fecking fun with this dodgy bleeding business every friggin' month accompanied with pain. 
No idea if it is anything to do with hormones, but it's a damn good excuse.
Moody before the rag week (because you know it is impending), moody during (because you are donating blood for a fecking useless cause), moody afterwards (- well, you've just suffered a week or so of near bleeding to death), moody during ovulation (mainly because that is connected to the evil deed).
Anybody up there??? Please listen.....whatever I have done wrong, I AM SORRY!!! FORGIVE ME!!!! Just take this torterous routine away!!!!!!!
Anyhow, PMT is a good excuse for being a b1tch and we can milk it beyond belief and you males are none the wiser.
Other than that...ummm.....wibble.
