my mate thought last night, when we were all paritically drunk, "I know, I'll prod phil with this hot iron".
It hurt.
how do i cure it/ do homeskin grapht.

Witchhazel will be good for getting the sting down and healing it. Taking zinc tablets will also help the healing.
Otherwise cold water to cool it...
Oh and don't get drunk near friends with irons again.

If the skin is blistering in any way and/or the burn is large (considering it is an iron, I would possibly assume so!) then I suggest you seek medical advice.
Home treatment is all very well, but if the burn is not superficial then there may well be unseen damage done that will need more than just a home remedy.

how's this for a very scary drunken ironing moment...
i don't watch the "soaps", but apparently there are characters called trevor and little moe.
anyhow, when drunk a certain friend would pick up the clothing iron and press it against her face whilst saying "little mo". i never got it...anyhow, yes, one night the iron was switched on (due to an electrical fault) and thank god she didn't press it against her face but for some reason pressed it against her arm. well, that made a right mess of her arm with a nice brown patch still there. if that had off been her face...eeeeugggggghh!
anyone that has even had a minor burn knows just how bloody sore they are and that they scar for life. i burnt my wrist on my car exhaust when working under the car and a year later i still have a nice mark there.

In my experience, you have to cut your arm off immediatley before something or another fails to send the right messages to your other body parts and your heart explodes. Like cars really, you must protect your internal MAF at all costs Take no chances, Do it now.
