I followed all instructions

I have to say the bird was very very moist, I was complimented on how tender the breasts were and the general flavour. I stuffed the bird with sausage meat and it really made a difference

next time try a smaller bird,like a nice young chicken, you'll find difficulty getting your hand up but once its in you'll notice the flavour benefit.

nothing disgusting about stuffing a younger bird. You have difficulty at first of course what with the entry being so tight but once you've worked your way in you'll find the bird will do you a treat.

had a few problems getting my hand up into the cavity but once I'd cut the strings you could part the legs and get much easier access

I did put and onion up there as well and I think that added to the flavour
