Yes, but its being renewed in 2 months time.

I'm not going to do it, I was just wanting a debate about if it would stand. Afterall, we've all heard the stories about the guy would gets credit cards made out in his dogs name, which then "dies."

I once got a Hifi on credit, and they had my name wrong Wes instead of Dawes (i assume they pressed tab by accident) Anyways, I got into financial difficulties, and they chased the money up, and got really arsey (as you would if someone owed you money) When I questioned about the name being wrong, they suddenly became all nice, and didn't hassle for payment any more (although I did pay them) I assume the hassle stopped as they were on a sticky wicket, and appreciated that I did not cause hassle by refusing that I signed up for the credit???
