Cheapest place for 42inch Televisions?

Want to get one of those mother of mother T.V.s. Any tell me the best place to get one? Been on dixons/comet websites and they're a rip off.
Prepared to pay around 1200 quid. Any good deals out there chaps?

Forget a big TV, for that money you would be better buying a projector. Projector = 8ft picture!!

I just bought a 44" Sony kp44ps2 off the Comet website for 1300, 18 months ago this was just about the best rear projection set you could get and it cost well over 2 grand, my Uncle got one a year ago (spent 2 grand) and the picture quality is superb, best I have seen on a telly of this size. I know its a 100 over your budget but at this price its a steal.

you should be able to get the 42" toshiba with dolby digital surround for that price.
check out www.unbeatable.co.uk and www.qed-uk.com and empire direct as well some places are free delivery make sure to include the delivery when you are shopping round because delivery can be upto £100 for big tv's.
look before you buy a projector the cheaper models are really rubbish in daytime sun light.
