anyone was watching the cop pull over the guy speeding in the white cordoba ... cops said " i was coming off the slip road" ... when he was clearly on the slip road stationary and waiting for someone to go by ...

good to see they caught the scum and sh*t of the world aswell !

I was impressed by the driver of the Police Dog unit van. He got in front of two (at least) high powered traffic cars to take up the pursuit!!!!

I was totally unimpressed by the traffic car going after the Cavalier with 3 flat tyres and trying to punt it through someones garden wall several times. Not exactly bringing the pursuit to a safe conclusion for all. Obviously I don't mind if the thieves gits get killed, but I wouldn't be happy if my property was damaged because some cowboy in a T5 shoved a car full of ******* into my living room. Even the other copper was shouting "tell him to knock it off".

Whatever happened to fall back and let the choper follow them. Much safer.

Did anyone else have images of an alsatian bouncing off the inside of that dog patrol car as they were in pursuit. What would the RSPCA say?

Notorious Rev - it's the lesser of 2 evils in that situation though, much 'better' for damage to property than to let the guy continue driving towards a city centre etc.

What do people think about the bird who got 'let off' for the unroadworthy car? A mate of mine got 6 points and lost his licence for having 2 illegal tyres (had only recently passed his test and didn't know any better he wasn't purposely running on them). Do you think they would have done the same if it was a young lad instead of a pretty yong girl?

Edited to say that in this case I DO believe they took the right action. They are just so inconsistent.

those shows need a narrator on the scene (in a People Like Us style) who can be used to give Joe Public thoughts on what he sees...ie- after cops spoke to VR6 **** head it needed someone to go up to a cop and say "so then, that young chap you were talking with...now im no expert but he seemed to be a real ****, is that the sort of retarded monkey you deal with a lot?"

this would be far better than giving the git his OWN AIRTIME!!!!!! and yet still doesnt mean the cops speak out of turn!

That Traffic copper PC'Alan Brown' got me speeding off the Sheffield parkway too a few years back. I can rememeber his arrogant face and attitude still. Little hitler in Uniform.

That black kid had the biggest attitude. Coppers should have turned off the cameras and kicked the living cr*p out of him.
