And of course everyone sits about all day farting about typing crap into wingding fonts, so that would be the ideal way to notify the world of your terrorist intent.
This is the n millionth time somebody has posted this crap, can we drop it now please.
Shaolin, stop typing drivel into your PC and go and look for an "old brass" to poke.

There is no meaning at all. It's supposed to be the flight number of one of the planes, but being American and United airlines, their flight numbers were either AA33 or UA33, which doesn't do anything. It's just people trying to make something out of nothing, as usual.
However, syaing that, if you type NYC and change it a suitably large point size and webdings font, that is quite interesting.

It was actually the transponder number of one of the planes,
but if you take the serial number of one of the seats that someone sat in before they got on the plane , convert it to wingdings, reverse it and delete all the 2's out of it, add a d to the end and remove all the A's, and covert it to ASCII you end up with something similar
It's just silly people with too much time on their hands
