I'm sorry but you are complete hypocrite. On the arrest of Matthew Kelly you started a very contentious thread by basically calling him a paedophile without any shread of evidence.

Now its someone you claim to know you're reminding us about innocent until proven guilty.............

And Luke you want this guy proved innocent by the same legal process you say has let a known paedophile(in your opinion) walk free. What if this chap has also taken a few holidays in Sri Lanka would that change your opinion???

I just think it's bizarre that of the 7,000 names on the FBI list that are British, so many of them seem to be public figures.

What % of the credit-card holding UK population is 7,000? Less than 0.1% I reckon ...

And who is making the info available to the media that these people have been arrested?

Reffro - there's no smoke without fire. I think MK is a dodgey S.O.B. He got off the hook. Doesn't mean he's clean, he just got off the hook. MK was arrested because of alligations dating from the '70s IIRC.

This time it's about accessing **** sites with Credit Cards. Completely different. This guy I have known a long time. I haven't seen him in the last couple of years, but he never 'seemed the type' to me. So, this time I reserve my judgement. But *someone* must have used his card for there to be a record of it.

Not sure if that's hypocritical, just different. At the end of the day what do I know anyway. I don't have the details. Just MHO

gary glitter was who I was refering to.Mk just has some dodgy friend and hangs around some dodgy places.( But I dont think thats the end of this story.....) I think the whole system is in a mess.

Theres no thing in English law as 'being proven innocent'....you are either 'not guilty' ( which means that there is a REASONABLE doubt that you did not commit the act in question) or you are guilty.

Even if someone is found 'not guilty', this simply means that there was a reasonable doubt about whether or not they did xyz...it does not mean the court decided they were innocent...a subtle yet important ( and often overlooked) point....

Whats a perversion anyway? As far as I can work out the stuff I do is pretty normal but to someone else it might seem way out.
