shut the laptop screen, write the address on in tipp-ex and affix postage stamps to suit weight.

Ram it into the nearest post box and consider it done

My brother just sent one (sold on ebay ) via royal mail (parcel force i think - may be different)
Anyway - It was a fully insured royal mail service.
Laptop arrived smashed. Brother had to go through 3 weeks of hell to get money off them. And I'm certain that he only got it back in the end cos my mum works for consignia and found out the guys personal number.
They wouldn't return calls and only give out call centre numbers, who refuse to put you through to a person dealing with your claim and various other disgraceful behaviour. They also said that he had to prove the laptop wasn't broken before he sent it, so he sent them a picture. They said that wasn't proof and refused to pay !!!

I wouldn't use them on his experience.

How to do it.

1. Wrap it up very very very well > Send it recorded. Arrives next day safe. Well thats what I did.

How not to do it.
2. Remember the laptop in a box thread ??!!!!!!!!
