if only!! |
My brother just sent one (sold on ebay ) via royal mail (parcel force i think - may be different)
Anyway - It was a fully insured royal mail service. Laptop arrived smashed. Brother had to go through 3 weeks of hell to get money off them. And I'm certain that he only got it back in the end cos my mum works for consignia and found out the guys personal number. They wouldn't return calls and only give out call centre numbers, who refuse to put you through to a person dealing with your claim and various other disgraceful behaviour. They also said that he had to prove the laptop wasn't broken before he sent it, so he sent them a picture. They said that wasn't proof and refused to pay !!! I wouldn't use them on his experience.
