Can anybody help, IT related,

Have to put in place a company email/internet policy. (rules & regs)

Don't want to get heavy handed or give it big brother is watching.

Anybody help me on this

2 key points....
In coming messages need to be virus checked if possible and go through a firewall
Depends on level of trust in workforce....if trusted we let e mails in and leave it to their discretion
if not trusted..u can purchase cheap monitoring tools, employees have to be informed of practice though otherwise you do run into the "Big Brother" issue!
