Great programme. Fantastic Property. Nice people. Great income potential. Stunning location.
Shame they didn't take Phil's advice and haggle a bit more as they could have saved the cost of the new roof from the sale price. Still, I for one wish them well

Aberdeen Houses
Edinburgh Houses
The above two sites have virtually all the houses for sale in the Aberdeen and Edinburgh areas, as all estate agents/solicitors subscribe to the service. A lot easier than visiting hundreds of individual agencies to see what they have for sale.
I think there are also sites for the Glasogw and Dundee areas as well. Editted to add All Scottish Solicitor centres
Best value for money at Caithness - click on home more than 80k and look at the most expensive one!

If you click on the over £80k section of the Wick side of the Caithness property website, the £290,000 property is Latheron House. I used to live there and my parents bought that in 1977 for £10,000! Some bargains still around though, a 5 bedroom cottage just outside Watten recently sold for just over £20,000.

great show but lets have a recap in november when the rain is pooring, theres no bugger for 100miles and the local chippie (45mins away) closes at 5pm.
a good flyon the wall about ppl moving to remote locations who then go stir crazy is needed to stop all the moaners about the southeast! its expensive for a reason....the same reason the house in loch godnoswhere is cheap!
