I have a small problem with mine. Within the personal planner i have a programme stuck there, and has been for knocking on two years.
Every now and again it pops up to say the prog is just about to start, when obviously it ain't. I've tried re-setting the system, unplugging etc, to no avail.
Anybody help

I have the same problem. It says in the personnel planner that I have slected 'Brookside' at 7.07pm!
Try to delete it but it keeps saying its a box office programme?

Like you, i have turned the box off, left it unplugged etc. to no avail so just live with it.

What you need to be able to do is to reset the sky receiver. There is a way of doing this using the buttons on the front. However an easier method is to go into the engineer's menu. To do this go into the service menu, then press 4, then 0, then 1 and then press select. You will then get the engineer's menu. On there is an option to set up from scratch your channels. Press that option and your machine will reset itself and then scan all the channels etc and set itself up again. This should remove any bogus channels in your personal planner.
