I bought and downloaded an operator logo for my Nokia 6310i, but it doesn't display. The existing operator logo did change from "O2" to "O2 - UK" but that's not what I want. I had the preferred logo in my old phone (Nokia 6210) using the same SIM so I presume it's not the SIM at fault. If I use a different SIM card in the 6310i (e.g. a friend's One-2-One SIM), my downloaded operator logo displays OK, so it is in the phone.

I guess there's something in the link between the SIM and this particular phone that's blocking the logo being displayed, but can anyone advise what I can do / who I can speak to to get it as I want it?

The operator logo is coded to coincide with the operator you intend to use with it.

Therefore, you could technically have 4 custom logos per nokia phone in the UK.

You sound like you've specified the wrong operator when you ordered / uploaded it.
