I think we do "have to relook at this" to remind all the idiots out there that drive their cars like they will never crash that they are not invincible. Causing someone this much anguish or having someone do this to a loved one would be devastating! We read about too many crashes on this site, how long before one ends like this poor girl?

Yes we do need to look at this....

We need to be reminded how just one moment of irresponsibility or lack of concentration can devastate an innocent person's life... none of us are imune and none of us are perfect... and accidents can also happen when we're stone cold sober.

I think that can be applied to driving like a bat out of hell aswell as drink driving. Speed is often the killer.

Sad and yes we do need reminding what our actions can cause.

But I thought drinking and driving is only a minor part of RTA??

Then again do we want to see images of families being cut out of cars, as the driver has fallen asleep, or another driver has fallen asleep.

What about people who do drugs then drive?

People braking too hard for cameras and losing control?

People rubber necking at accidents?

People using mobile phones?

I'm sure the list can go on and on, but do we need constant reminders of it???

Surely by constant reposting of the images, we come to the point where it means nothing. (Hence people likening it to the Scooby int he lake already!) So no offense to the person who posted this topic, but it was in general a week and a bit ago.
