E-mail and AOL
#2
If you want to use OE to access an AOL e-mail address then you are out of luck as you need to use the AOL software - OE won't work.
If you want to use an AOL connection to access another ISP's e-mail address you shouldn't have a problem. I use a Lineone address but access it using AOL6 and don't have a problem (with AOL5 it could be hit or miss whether you could send mail - never a problem receiving it though). I think that all you need to do is make sure that you have your e-mail account set up to allow you to use "any available" connection. Connect to AOL and then open OE.

open AOl,then shrink it and open Outlook expree and all should be ok.When I set Aol up I kept Explorer and kept the settings so I could still use Lineone (just keep the pop3 and smtp addresses, change nowt)
Aol is a bit unstable and has a pop at explorere every now and then, but I just use Aol to connect and then go back to Explorer as previous.
