Win 98 NT error codes

Trying to send email and we're getting an environment error code 203 - anyone shed any light on this or know where I'll find details on MS codes on the web. The MS site doesn't seem that user friendly.

Is it 98 or NT? If it's NT I have an NT Error App where I can look up these codes easily...failing that, give us the code anyway and I'll look it up in the Knowledge Base....
Let us know what mail client and server you are running also as it's probably specific to that.

In Japan, they have replaced the impersonal and unhelpful Microsoft error messages with their own Japanese haiku poetry, each with only 17 syllables: five in the first line, seven in the second, five in the third.
