God, I'm shocked. Get into work, check Scoobynet and find that there's no posts about VBH wearing leathers on top gear last night. What is the world coming to?

New Elise looks stunning, and after seeing it move as opposed to reading about it in Evo, I'm saving my pennies. The question is, is it practical enough for my wife to use as a second car ?

I don't what is the world coming too?No VBH comments

Agree with you about the Elise - looks great. I could really consider that now as an alternative to the Scoob in a couple of years (with the hard roof though - not that crappy thing they got on it at the moment)

As the credits are rolling the irish bloke says:

"This is the last in the current series of Top Gear."

Pause....

"So it will not be on next week"

You don't say!!

The new Elise did indeed look gorgeous.

With the gull-wing hard top, I reckon it's a liveable daily car.

You may consider waiting for the VHPD version pushing out nearer 200BHP (i.e 300BHP/Ton oh yes..) that they fit to the Exige + 340R

I still think that they could have done a better job with the hood mechanism.

I think airfix were commissioned to do the roof!

re: airfix models!
Do you remember those days? you needed 4 pairs of hands, and you were high for weeks off the glue fumes

She didn't look terribly clever on a bike, did she? There again, I'm not a fan. I merely find it incredible that she was in leather and no-one was salivating...

Gull wing. Hmm. Hmmmmmmm. Now there's just the small issue of finding 24 grand down the back of the sofa....

Andrew, just checked and unfortunately the 24 grand isn't there. Looks like I'll have to sell my body instead.
