What with the post on Burglars getting away with their first burglary this is bad enough!
This Lord Chief Justice Wolf **** says that first time burglars will not go to jail - what is he on? I hope his home gets broken into and trashed by some first time offenders and see how he feels

Yet again the law protects the guilty not the innocent.


I heard this on the James Whale show last nite

Two contract cleaners where sacked by their company after the following

A remembrance service for 911 was held at Landrover In Solihull – These ***** made dive-bomber noises, threw paper aeroplanes and yelled remarks during the service; they had to be escorted off of the premises.

They where sacked
They took their ex employer to an industrial tribuneral who found in favour of the two.

They received £ 7000.00 each!!!

WTF

This makes me fecking mad!

They should have been given a choice. Keep the jobs but have them pay part of their wage to a sept 11 charity for a year, or take a p45 and a walk to the dole office.

I saw that in the paper. The ******* had to be escorted from the premises for their own safety apparently.

People like that should **** off and live elsewhere.

According to the paper yesterday, the reason the 2 muslim chaps were escorted off by security was to stop them getting a kicking.

A good kicking may well have been deserved - but last time I checked, having bad taste in humour wasn't grounds for being fired...

They weren't fired for "bad taste in humour" they were fired because the employees at the place they cleaned at wanted to rip their heads off. Thus couldn't really do there jobs.

I bet if I was a cleaner and I called all the people here ***** and then got sacked I wouldn't get £7000.

Fired, or asked to resign? There's a big difference. (Anyone stupid enough NOT to resign after making an ar*e of themselves like that is unlikely to get another job anyway, though).

True, but there's a time and a place. I'm all for sick jokes - humour is important in this world - and have heard/recounted many related to 9/11. I would not, however, do it at a memorial service for 9/11.

Cleaning is too good an occupation for them, how about testing new chemicals on them instead...or maybe LR fancy using live crash test dummies??
