Go and get another tatoo?
Picture this...
My friend goes to get his hair cut... says are you waiting here (car)... I said no.. Ill have a look in the tatoo shop next door...
45 mins later I have another on my other arm...
Last one never hurt this much... bloody scab when I move my arm... And yes they recommended **** cream (prep. H)
Anyway... any suggestions of ways to break the news to my parents.. or should I just not tell them?

Don't bother telling them unless they ask! I've got 4 and my folks hate them. I never told them, they just noticed, had a bit of a moan then left it! It's worse cause I'm female and my dad thinks that I should have 'grown up' by now. After all, i'm 30 next year!!! Anyway, got my last one because I was bored waiting for my fella to finish having his done! Do you really regret it? What did you have?

How about just keeping it hidden from them?
My mum said she would disown me if I ever got one (lecture from when I was 16 - that went for an earing aswell) and when I got one (aged about 23) she really liked it. Tattoo that is, I'd never have an earing!
Just tell 'em - least that way you wouldn't be considered as "sneaking around without telling them"!!

If so, it might be easier to break the news to 'em...
Back in reality, I'm sure you can cunningly cover this up. Just don't make it too obvious that you're hiding it

When I had my first one done (@16) it was on my back and I only got sprung as I was sleeping on my front and my old dear walked in and saw it - she had a few choice profanities but she wasnt to bad. My old man has loads so he just laughed and said it was my body Iam scaring and to let me get on with it!!
So I did, and I got another which they both like, It depends on your relationship with your parents matey - by the sound of things your a tad worried!!
I dont want to shell out advice here incase it goes **** up and you get kicked out!, nobody can really advise here as nobody knows your M&D - its up to you my son, you got the tat, you deal with it!

Just tell them that the "lads" did it to you while they were throwing a wild stag do for your wedding next week. You have to marry her, as the kid is due in a month.
That will get them over the shock of the tattoo

I told my dad 8 months after I'd had it done......took him for lunch...crowded restaurant...Jerry McGuire style, then let him tell my mum. Being a 'daddy's little girl' helped too though
