Must say I tend to agree with this. I might earn the majority of the money in our household, but the Mrs puts in lots of work, on which you can't put a value on. i.e bringing up child and doing most of house work, cooking etc.
I might feel different if she was shafting me through a divorce court, but I hope not, even if just for the sake of my child.

I am appalled by this. It does not state that she worked equally in making the company a success; it implies she bought up the kids only (not a £10m career…). She clearly deserves ‘payment’ for bring up her/his kids, but half his company? He probably has to sell it now to realise the 10m she ‘deserves’.
Divorce is tough enough without having your business destroyed and having your standard of living annihilated.
He should have got a Nanny in and kept reaping the rewards of his business acumen and hard graft.

So she gets half of his £20 million because her support allowed him to make this profit. If instead his business had run up a £20 million debt, would she then be required to pay him £10 million? I think not!
This verdict is evil. She deserves none of his money.
