Andorra - I remember the police searching all the cars coming out of andorra for **** cos they are about 80p a packet there rater than £1 in Spain 
if only.

Teneriffe (sp?) £10 / 200 Marlboro Lights
Have only been searched once myself and that was when I had the legal limit. Apparantly they prosecute for anything over 5000.
Always been lucky myself and got through with 4000 at a time. But I do carry my Spanish Residence card with me.

I got caught from Lanzarote with 4600. Case was scanned at Bristol and came out last 
Whoops.
They said any canary island passenger were going to be checked as they knew Cigs were so cheap there. Think I paid about £8 for 200 at the time. They did let me keep my 200 allowance though
