Anyone got first hand experience of trying different pads in there "Hopes" etc need some new pads and want the best stoppers.

Only joking. No direct experience, but stay clear of the EBC pads (all three colours) as I found them to be chuff on both mech Avids and my old Hope Minis.

Best I can suggest is some nice clean and new Hope Sintered pads ? Or failing that, see if Fibrax do ones.

Got Hopes on all ours, except youngest son who loves his XT V's!!
We all use Hope pads, keep the disc clean with alcohol, acetone etc, rub the pads on glasspaper every month or so to remove glaze, they're the biz.
