EDIT : POC,
You just set the rotors to pitch down instead of up giving you "down force" instead, so when upside down, down force becomes lift:
Sounds easy but you have to switch direction mid flight, mid roll otherwise it comes out of the sky very UN-gracefully
Oh and then ALL the controls are inverted too
left is right, right is left etc.....

Know how you feel,spent 8 weeks building an ACRO WOT marlboro decal kit,the lot......
2nd time off the buddy lead.........matchwood
Stuck with a WOT4 classic for a while got quite good at it,till that one went in aswell.....dont bother now.
The WOT 4 was coming in for a perfect landing decent till it hit the uprights of a rugby try post,ooops didnt see that

this is worse than losing control near some leccy pilons, last time it cost me 150 squid to repair.
She came down nose first straight into the deck on full chat.
tall grass but no cushion. no controls worked, all i could see was a plume of smoke rising out of the grass ( it was the clutch as the engine was still running flat out). I think I've killed it this time
I had to dig the nose cone out of the ground

I'll join the queue, not quite sure what I killed on my nitro tamiya terra crusher monster truck today.
Was running fine, then couple of runs flat our seemed to die momentarily then pick up again, so thought it might have been overheating, so drove it to my feet and richened mixture a bit, a bit to much perhaps it stalled, then couldn't get it to start again.
Checked plug, seemed to be turning over, flattened the starter battery before I solved it though
Shall have to investigate tommorrow when battery is charged again.

This is what happens when your inverted and the exaust pipe come off and goes through the blades.. Then the crunch as it his the tarmac runway.!!!
One completly writen off model..!!! Impact so great it split the YS 80 engine.

After the first crash it ripped all the red basecoat (see tail wing for original colour) off the canopy and looked sh1te, so just had a rummage in the garage and found some mis-matched aerosols.... a blue, a red and a white then just sort of sprayed each colour on while last coat was still wet, then laquered it
